Where Blair House and Elora House are
Both buildings are part of Rez-One Student Living in Waterloo, Ontario. They are also close to Wilfrid Laurier University, which makes them a practical home base for students at either school.
Getting around without a car
The UW transit hub and the LRT are right outside the front door, so crossing the city does not require a car. With class and daily necessities just steps away, the daily commute stays short.
Shops and food at street level
The street level of the buildings is home to restaurants and shops, including Ken Sushi House, Tahini's, The UPS Store, Hi Yogurt, Myung Ga and Hey Tea. You can grab a meal or pick up a package without leaving the block.
Suites built for student life
Both buildings offer 3, 4 and 5 bedroom suites, and every bedroom has its own private ensuite washroom. Suites come fully furnished.
- Bedroom and ensuite: double bed frame and mattress, nightstand, wardrobe, desk and desk chair, and a 3-piece ensuite washroom.
- Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher and a large island countertop.
- Common area: full-size couch, loveseat, dining table and chairs, and a coffee table.

Leasing for January and September 2027
We are leasing for two move-in dates. January 2027 move-ins are available on 8-month leases. Our September 2027 intake is open, with early bird promotions available.
Starting prices for September 2027 are per bedroom, per month, plus a $120 utility package per bedroom:
- Elora House (250 Phillip Street): 3 bedroom from $1,425, 4 bedroom from $1,325, 5 bedroom from $1,275.
- Blair House (256 Phillip Street): 3 bedroom from $1,405, 4 bedroom from $1,305, 5 bedroom from $1,255.
